Ten On Tuesday A Tad Tardy

1. Oh Wednesday, I wish you were Friday.

2. Tuna sandwiches really disgust me.

3. The last week has been fantastic with Tyler home!

4. A client at work was very offended when I referred to her as Mrs. by mistake. She told me this: "when you call a man Mr. you have no idea if he's married or not. Women should also have that same option. I should not have to be identified by Mrs. Do you understand?" Um yeah, I get it Ms. crazy lady.

5. I had my tasty treat from the bean last night. It wasn't as good as I expected but hey, it was free.

6. Only four days until I see Hillary!

7. Tyler's brother Corey has been sober for one year as of Monday. We are all very proud of him!

8. My neice Zoey is so stinkin' cute. She's fat and adorable with her little hair sticking straight up. Wouldn't it be funny if I put all my hair on the top of my head in a pony? Or even a side pony would be a kick in the pants. Ha.

9. Today is the tax deadline for corporations and trusts so it has been sort of busy around work this week. I will most likely still have plenty of opportunities to play solitaire, don't you worry.

10. Kayley had school pictures and soccer pictures taken last week. She wore a really cute purple dress for school and was just adorable.

Kayley also had a reading practice sheet sent home with her this week. There were 39 words in the paragraph and we had to see how many she could read in a minute. Yeah, she read all 39 in 20 seconds. I'm kind of worried that she'll be bored when it comes to reading and spelling. Should I talk to her teacher about it or wait a couple more weeks to see if she's being challenged more?

How I love the alliteration of your subject line.

1. Oh girl, I feel you... only one day of work left for me.

2. WHY?! They're so tasty!

3. I'm bery happy.

4. Oh. my. word. What did you even say to her?

5. Your got the pumpkin one, right? I got coffee from the Bean today, and am seriously so grossed out by looking at the 32 ounce drink. I get nauseous just thinking about it.

6. HOORAY! I can't wait to see her mug, too.

7. Wow, that is amazing. I'm proud of him, too!

8. That's how Charisse used to wear her hair, from basically birth until she was almost two. We called it her pineapple or her water fountain.

9. Don't let ANYTHING get in the way of solitaire.

10. I would wait a little. Charisse did the same thing (probably the same one) and got 37 of the words in about the same amount of time. I think they're just trying to asses them at this point. I would just make sure that when she's getting books at home or from the library, the teacher is helping her pick more challenging books. But you know, you could always email her teacher and say "I noticed she's really advanced. What are some things we can do to make sure she isn't bored?" I don't think her teacher would be mad.

Thus ends my novel.

I wish it were Friday too!! One more day closer now! :) How much longer is Tyler home? How's that going? I bet the kids are stoked. Oh and what a crazy stinkin' lady! Who does that? She's probably just bitter that she still can't find a husband. HA! I can't wait to see the kids school pictures! Those are so much fun. :)
