I know not a ton of people read this blog, but I really need help here. Kayley wants a Princess birthday and Cole wants a Nemo birthday. What can I do to incorporate those two very different themes? I'm wondering if I should just make Cole pick something else or just decide for him since he is only two. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Why not just do half and half? Tell them that there are two or things they may each pick out at decorations, and their cake will be half princess, half Nemo. They're still so young that they won't really care. Pretty soon they're not going to want parties on the same day, so I say for now, let them have what they want while they're still willing to celebrate together.
Or you could say it's a Diseny-themed party and have the other kids dress up as their favorite characters from the movies. You could have a kiddie costume contest!
Or... you could see if Kayley would be willing to have a Princess Ariel party. That way, Nemo wouldn't look like a fish out of water (hahahahahaha at my wittiness) and Kayley would still get a princess.
So now Cole says he wants a Buzz Lightyear birthday! What the heck? I'm really not that creative.
Maybe you could show Cole how cool knights are, and have him dress up as a knight...give him armor and a sword and it could just be a medieval theme. I wish I was there to help you with the party.
