Today hasn't been especially stressful. It has been a normal Monday. Besides the fact that the internet was down all day at work and I'm slightly annoyed by someone I work with it's been uneventful. But I got home today and I just want to scream. I can barely breathe and my body just does not want to function. I don't get it.
So I think I'll go to the gym and work out all this anxiety.
I hate days like this.

I understand those days COMPLETELY! The gym seems to help, mainly because it's time by yourself. Hope tomorrow is better sista.
